Positive Affirmations for Test Taking

If you have a big test or an exam week coming up, you may be looking for ways to stay relaxed and increase your chances of doing well.

Positive Affirmations for Preparing for a Test

Here are some affirmations that you can use in the days leading up to your test. You may choose one or more, or you may wish to write your own.

Positive affirmations can be especially effective for helping you get the outcome you desire when you use them in the present tense, repeat them confidently to yourself multiple times a day, and use them just before you fall asleep.

    I love these. Thank you!!! I took my nursing boards 3 times and the first two times, I was so anxious I couldn’t tell you what any of the questions were about. I found these 3 weeks before my 3rd attempt. Read it a few times a week and read it about a million times the day of my test along with the staying calm during the test section. As soon as I got my scratcg paper, I wrote “No test formed against me shall prosper.” Each time my heart started to face I stopped, closed my eyes and pictured these while shaking my hands and breathing it off.
